Introduction

Bespoke Factory Group (BFG) offers the ability to add credit to your wallet where your money will be stored until you decide to use it.

This has been requested by clients, as it avoids any possible problem that could arise during the payment process. Moreover, it makes payment processes faster and you can always track where your money has been spent and how much you still have available.

How does it work?

When you want to add money in your wallet, you just need to wire the quantity you want to add to the BFG account. As soon as the money is received, accounting will add it to your wallet ready to use it.

Where to find available money?

Using the left menu, under “configuration” you will find the “Account Settings” section.

Access your corporate settings and you will find on the top right side a blue box highlighting the funds you have available to be used on the BFG universe.

Traceability

To make you feel comfortable using the wallet, this service offers a traceability section to verify all the transactions you carried out.

How to deposit money

In order to add money to your wallet, we only accept wires to the BFG account, the information of the account is below:

As soon as the money is received it will be added to your account automatically. Bear in mind that it could take up to 3 days.

Payment shall be made in euros and the customer shall bear any bank and transfer charges applied by any financial institution used, therefore send all the funds, including any additional banking fee, not SHA or BEN (not shared or beneficiary).

Please, send us the bank receipt to [email protected] in order to track the process.

Do not forget to indicate the reference “COMPANY NAME + CREDIT STORE” in the concept / reference field of the bank transfer. Failure to do so may result in additional delays.

Refunds

Money will be refunded to you only in case you decide to stop working with BFG, but in any other case you will have to use your money acquiring products of the BFG Universe.
