This page covers additional customization options for your footwear and accessories to make your products unique.
Custom Materials
We already offer a wide variety of materials, but if you'd like to use something exclusive, we're happy to assist. You can integrate your own materials into the platform, converting them into 3D for use in your designs. These materials will be exclusively available to you in the 3D designing tool.
To add custom materials, simply send them to us. We'll check for production suitability and prepare them for use in both MTO and BULK orders.
While using custom materials can make your designs unique, note that the cost structure for MTO orders primarily depends on labor, so custom materials may not reduce production costs. For BULK orders, however, custom materials could potentially lower costs.

Packaging
Packaging is key to enhancing your brand and ensuring safe delivery. We offer customizable options, including shoe boxes, dust bags, and more, to help showcase your products. Whether for small-scale or bulk production, we have solutions to suit your needs. Explore the options below to personalize your packaging.
Shoe Boxes
You can now purchase private-labeled shoe boxes directly through the Bazaar section in your Admin Backoffice. There are various color options for both the box and the logo, making it easy to create a custom look.
This service is ideal for clients with small MTO production (fewer than 40 pairs per month) or those who need to replenish their shoe box stock quickly.
For larger BULK orders or if your MTO production exceeds 40 pairs per month, please contact your account manager for a custom quotation on bulk shoe box production.
Dust Bags
You can develop custom dust bags with your brand, including personalized logos, colors, and materials. The minimum order is 200 units, which covers 100 pairs of shoes.
To start the process and receive a quotation, please contact your account manager. We'll assist you in creating dust bags that perfectly match your brand.
Accessories
Enhance your brand with personalized accessories like shoehorns, shoecare kits, and shoetrees. Customize with your logo and choose from various options, available for both small and large orders. Explore the details below.
Shoehorns
We offer private-labeled shoehorns featuring your brand name and logo, available in various colors and designs. The minimum order is 500 units.
To receive a quotation and place your shoehorn order, please contact your account manager, who will guide you through the process.
Shoecare Kits
We offer a range of shoecare kits designed for different materials, each containing various care products. These kits can be customized with your brand logo and are available for purchase through the Bazaar section.
Private-labeled kits have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 units, but you can also order unlabeled kits with no MOQ, allowing for single orders as needed.
Shoetrees
Shoetrees are essential for maintaining the shape of your shoes, preventing creases, and promoting proper drying after use. You can purchase various styles of shoetrees through the Bazaar section.
These can be private-labeled with your brand and logo, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 units. Alternatively, you can order unlabeled shoetrees with no MOQ.
Personalization
Make your shoes truly unique with personalized touches like custom embroidery, initials, and digital signatures. From monograms on slippers to engraved initials and sole signatures, we offer various ways to add your brand’s personal flair. See the details below for more information.
Embroidery Motifs
We offer a wide range of embroidery designs included by default on all MTO platforms.
If you'd like to add a custom motif, monogram, or logo, simply send us your design, and our embroidery artist will convert it into a high-quality DST file for your exclusive use. The design will be added to your private 3D designing tool and remain exclusive to you. For a quotation and further instructions, please contact your account manager.
Embroidered Initials (Monograms)
Men's and women's slippers can be designed with embroidered initials (monograms) on the side and upper vamp. Using our 3D Designing tool, you'll have access to a large selection of typefaces, including dozens of fonts. You can place initials on the upper vamp (up to 2 letters) or on the side (up to 3 letters).
To add embroidered initials, make sure you're designing a slipper. For a monogram on the upper vamp, select “Monogram 1 Letter” or “Monogram 2 Letters” under the “Accessories” tab. For the side monogram, choose the “Side” tab and select between 1, 2, or 3 letters. A variety of fonts will appear in the top bar. Choose one to open the editor, where you can customize each letter individually.
Engraved Initials on the Heel
Laser engraving customer initials is a great way to show appreciation for both the shoes and the ongoing support we receive. Though subtle, this personal touch will help your shoes stand out.
To add embossed initials, simply select the "Embossed Initials on Heel" option during checkout and provide the initials to be engraved.
Sole Signature
Add a unique touch to your shoes with a digital sole signature, engraved on the sole using laser technology.
This feature allows you to personalize the sole of your shoes with a custom text or drawing, giving your footwear a distinctive and exclusive finish.
To add this option, simply select the "Digital Sole Signature" during the design process and create your design.
Digital Printing
With Digital Printing you can customize Sneakers with any image you choose, and we will print your design on the leather. We offer a large array of designs, images, backgrounds, and patterns. However, you can submit your own images and we will print them. Learn more about Digital Printing.
Digital PrintingCustomizing the 3D Design Tool Interface
You can personalize your 3D design tool interface to reflect your brand’s identity. This includes customizing colors, model names, shoe last names, and even thumbnails.
Custom Colors: Set your brand’s colors in the "Configurator Themes" section of the backoffice.
Personalize Model and Last Names: Assign unique names to your shoe models and lasts to give them a special touch.
Custom Thumbnails: Showcase your models with branded thumbnails to create a cohesive look.
HTML/CSS Styles: For advanced customization, you can add custom HTML and CSS styles to further tailor the tool’s design.
