Stencil Art
Stenciling is a technique for reproducing designs by passing ink or paint over holes cut in cardboard or metal onto the surface to be decorated. This handmade technique is carried out pair by pair in our facilities. Each piece cut is hand painted with special paints developed for this purpose by means of templates created by Bespoke Factory.

Stencil Types
We offer three types of stencil designs: Sticker, Background and Camo.

The Sticker is a simple design, that is placed individually in one of the shoe pieces. The Background is a repetitive pattern, which is applied to the whole shoe piece. And the Camo is a special type of repetitive background made out of multiple layers. Each of these layers can be individually customized with your desired color.
Stencil Motifs & Colors
We have compiled dozens of stencil designs or patterns for you to use. They are loaded by default on all platforms. You are free to use any of these designs.
You will be able to apply these patterns individually on each separate shoe piece. Almost all shoe pieces can be customized with a stencil. And furthermore, the color of the stencil can also be selected individually, for each piece.

How does it work?
You have look for the Stencil category, on the style selection screen. The Stencil Control Widget will be located on the left part of the screen. Please, read our full tutorial article on How to use the Stencil Widget to design your own shoe styles using the 3D Designing Tool.

Available styles & materials
Stencil artworks can be painted over a variety of calf leathers, including Box Calf, Painted Calf, Painted Full Grain and Painted Pebble Grain. At the moment, stencils are only available for the Sneakers Collection (Men & Women).
Submit your custom stencil artwork
We offer a comprehensive repository of dozens of graffiti backgrounds and stickers, however, you can create your own stencils to be uploaded to your private label designing tool. See Custom Stencil Motifs article, on the Additional Customizations section.
Graffiti technique & 3D representation
Bear in mind that the aim of the 3D representation is to be as close to reality as possible. However, the result in some painted areas may not be totally precise when applying the paint, which is completely normal as it is an artisan graffiti process.
