Submit a New Order

We walk you through the process of designing, submitting, and paying for your custom MTO order

Design your Order

First, access your Admin Backoffice, and launch your customized 3D Designing Tool from the main menu.

Remember that using the 3D Designing Tool you will be able to design and submit MTO single orders, aswell as BULK and MINI-BULK orders. Alternatively, you may want to scroll though the Get Inspired gallery, if you need inspiration for your design.

Enter the Admin Backoffice using your credentials

Create Your Design

Choose between our available shoe styles and construction methods. If applicable, you will also be asked to choose the shoe last for your order.

Create your own design using our available materials, sole units, and other customizable elements.

Confirm Materials

When you are satisfied with your design, click on Order button, located on the right-top menu. Confirm all raw materials and click on Continue to begin the Checkout Process.

Checkout

During the Checkout Process you will be asked to fill-in your shipping and billing information, as well as a quick confirmation of the order specifications.

Once the checkout process is completed, your order will be assigned a unique Order Number. Additionally, you will receive an email with the order specifications, just for your records. Also, the order will appear on the main order pool of your Admin Backoffice as “Pending Payment” order.

When this process is finished, the order has been officially submitted and recorded, but it remains unpaid. A unique Order Number is assigned to the order. Additionally, you will receive an email with the order specifications, just for your records. Also, the order will appear on the main order pool of your Admin Backoffice as “Pending Payment”.

Payment & Launching to Production

All orders submitted as admin (see previous step) will show up on your main order pool as “Pending” orders. You are required to clear the payment in order to confirm and launch an order to production.

Please, note that orders will not be launched to production until the payment is fulfilled on your admin backoffice.

Develop Custom Stamps

If this is your first time placing an MTO order you will be asked whether yo want to receive this order “Unlabeled” (no brand or logos engraved) or develop your own custom stamps (metal molds) to engrave this order with your brand name or logo.

Order Payment

To submit the payment of an individual order click on the “Pay” link located next to it. You will be taken to the payment page, with a summary of manufacturing costs, shipping costs and any additional customization cost associated to your order. Follow the instructions to complete the payment using any of the accepted payments methods.

Group Shipping

Instead of submitting payments, and ship orders individually, you are entitled to group several MTO orders together for invoicing and shipping purposes using our “Group Shipping” feature, which will reduce your shipping costs per pair.

Payment Completed

After having entered your credit card information and proceeded with the payment, the status of your order (or your batch of orders) will change from Pending to Work In Process.
